Out of all the brand new characters to be introduced for Responsible Gear Attempt at EVO 2024, I don’t suppose Lucy from Cyberpunk: Edgerunners was on anybody’s bingo card. 

In a now personal video, Arc System Works revealed a brand new three-versus-three mode, new levels, and 4 new characters together with fan favorites Dizzy and Venom in addition to Unika from the upcoming Responsible Gear Attempt anime. However most shocking of all is a visitor character: Lucy.
